Razvan “Nick” Radoescu leads Systematic C2’s commercial division, driving partnerships and innovative solutions to modernize command and control (C2) systems. With over 25 years of experience in the U.S. Air Force, Nick has directed large-scale operations, advised senior leaders, and spearheaded C2 modernization initiatives at the Pentagon and NATO.

He holds advanced degrees in Military Operational Art & Science and Aeronautical Technology, and is recognized for his expertise in strategic planning, organizational change, and operational excellence.
