Junaid Rahman leads Systematic C2’s government division, advancing command and control (C2) modernization and mission-ready solutions for national security. With over 20 years of leadership in the U.S. Air Force and defense industry, he has directed multinational operations, managed billion-dollar programs, and shaped strategies across EUCOM, AFRICOM, and CENTCOM.

His expertise includes Joint All-Domain Command & Control (JADC2), C4ISR, and strategic planning. A decorated aviator with 4,000+ flight hours, Junaid holds a Master’s in Military Operational Art & Science and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, bringing unmatched operational insight and a commitment to innovation.
