Jeff Valenzia is the founder and driving force behind Systematic C2, leading the company’s mission to transform command and control (C2) modernization across the Department of Defense and allied partners. With nearly 30 years of operational experience as a fighter pilot and strategist, Jeff served as the U.S. Air Force lead for Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS), architecting the largest C2 modernization in Air Force history.

He has directed multi-national teams, integrated industry best practices, and shaped strategies for the DoD and partner nations. Jeff holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in National Resource Strategy, and completed Harvard Business School’s CORe program with honors. His expertise spans organizational transformation, multi-domain operations, and process improvement, making him a recognized leader in defense innovation.
